About the site
The site is provided for information and to present the SXR Creatives portfolio. By using it you agree to these terms.
Services and prices
Service descriptions, examples and answers on the site are not a public offer. Scope, timing, deliverables, cost and payment terms become binding only after they are agreed with the studio in writing, in an agreement or approved proposal.
Gambling disclaimer
SXR Creatives provides design, creative and development services only. We do not own, operate, license or promote gambling, betting, casino or sportsbook services, do not accept wagers and do not process players’ funds. Clients are responsible for complying with the laws and licensing requirements of their markets.
Intellectual property
Site design, texts, illustrations and the studio brand belong to SXR Creatives. Project visuals, trademarks and third-party names remain the property of their owners and are shown to demonstrate our work. Copying site materials for commercial use requires our permission.
Client materials and confidentiality
We publish client projects only with consent. Materials received from clients are used only for the agreed work. If a project is covered by a non-disclosure agreement, its terms take priority.
External links
Links may lead to social networks, messengers, client sites or portfolio platforms. SXR Creatives is not responsible for the content or policies of third-party websites.
Liability
We keep the information on the site accurate, but it may change without notice and is provided “as is”. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of site content without discussing them with the studio.
